Evanger’s has retained The Burdock Group, a full service Food Safety and Regulatory Compliance Consulting Firm, to conduct an independent review of this matter. The Burdock Group DNA test results confirmed that there was Duck DNA present in the lot in question. As of this date, Evanger’s is awaiting the complete laboratory analysis for the lamb product.
