I started Freckled Paws Biscuits & More in early 2004.
I became educated about pet nutrition and began reading the ingredient labels on dog food and dog treats.
Each of our dogs had some type of food related allergy; the major culprit being corn. Back then trying to find a dog biscuit without corn was close to impossible.
Being the over protective mom I started researching dog food allergies.
After alot of research on safe ingredients, herbs and such, I came up with my first biscuit recipe. From there I have added to the line by using different flavors.
I only use natural and organic ingredients most of which are grown in Montana.
My biscuits are sold at local pet stores, groomers and the Hamilton Farmers Market. I also have a basket at the animal hospital where I work. Dr. Robin tells our clients how good the biscuits are and how her dogs love them.
