Our Training Philosophy/Method
We use positive reinforcement training, teaching the dog to obey for the pure enjoyment. We don’t use training treats/foods as a motivation. We also don’t use any corporal punishment under any circumstance.
We believe a dog will never reach their potential when obeying for food or fear of punishment. Have you ever heard of a dog owner who placed a bark collar on a problem barking dog and the problem disappeared until the collar was removed? Have you ever watched a dog responding to an owner had obviously used corporal punishment to train the animal? The dog responds but with zero joy or enthusiasm and frequently delay before obeying.
Dogs trained properly obey with excitement. And they obey without delay.
Training Lessons with Owner
1. One hour training session/problem solving with owner. $45/Session
Adult Dogs Board & Train – 2 week minimum
1. 14 days with minimum 1 hr./day of training $375/wk
Pups Board & Train – 3 week minimum
1. 21 days with minimum 1 hr./day of training $420/wk
